In the process of studying you have the opportunity to get acquainted with the resource capabilities of the human factor in the management of organizations in modern conditions; consider the psychological characteristics of the objects of management: staff and the organization as a whole; consider the psychological characteristics of management entities, including managers of organizations at different levels.
