The main tasks of the course are to acquaint master-students with the psychological mechanisms that ensure the effectiveness of management systems. In the process of studying you have the opportunity to get acquainted with the resource capabilities of the human factor in the management of organizations in modern conditions; consider the psychological characteristics of the objects of management: staff and the organization as a whole; consider the psychological characteristics of management entities, including managers of organizations at different levels.

The academic discipline will acquaint you with the socio-psychological specifics of business communication, the psychological aspects of its main forms: business conversation, public speaking, negotiations, collective discussions. We will look at mechanisms for managing business conflicts, as well as stress management tools. Practical exercises will help you analyze your communication potential and develop individual business communication skills.
